Stars in the Sun
Summer wanes, the sun slants & days grown shorter. A subtle prelude rides on the wind. These sun loving flowers have been giving a grand show, bowing to the great life giving Sun King. Soon they'll wither & acquiesce to even more brilliant colors, brazen & gilt. Until then, they will follow the light.
